1.UPFRONT TRAINING
Full classroom training for about 20 consecutive days, depending on the qualification.
2.STAGGERED TRAINING
Training days scheduled as per the company’s operational requirements (e.g 1 or 2 days a month).
3.BLENDED APPROACH
A shortened version of the training. Scheduled as per the company’s requirements. This is only recommended for more experienced staff.
4.DISTANCE LEARNING
A company or individual receive the material and assessments, but will beed to attend 4 remediation and feedback sessions. Only recommended for senior and skilled staff.
